FAQ

  • Do you ship internationally?
I'd rather not as it's very easy for paintings to get damaged when travelling that far, but if you're willing to take the risk, then yes.
  • How much is shipping?
Varies depending on the size, weight, and destination of the painting. I'll always try and find the cheapest rate but also am wary of using crap services that may damage your purchase. I've pre-selected what I think are the best balances of the two for each painting.
  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Exchanges: no. For obvious reasons. Refunds: within 14 days of receiving the art. The painting must be sent back unopened (or repackaged as it was sent) and undamaged. Buyer will have to pay for return postage (sorry, I'm not ASOS!).
  • Are the paintings ready to hang?
Yup. Most are equipped with strong hanging cord around halfway down the painting - this is the safest way to bear the weight of the heavier frames. Stick 2 or 3 spaced out nails (or picture hooks) in the wall and you're in business. Anything in a lightweight frame will have a metal fitting on the back, near the top, that you can slot onto 1 or 2 nails (or 1 picture hook).
  • Can I request a custom painting or commission you to redo an existing one?
Honestly, I don't know. You're absolutely welcome to ask and we'll see.
  • Do the paintings come with a certificate of authenticity?
Kind of. They come with a little mystery pack of interesting stuff, which should serve as the same thing. They're also all signed and numbered on the back of the canvas panels (inside the frames, you won't see it).
  • Can I request a different size of a painting displayed on your website?
    No.
  • Can I request a print of a painting displayed on your website?
You can - I won't be doing prints in the immediate future but if enough people ask, I'll probably cave to the social pressure. I'll contact you if/when that happens if you've shown interest.
